@livin_life_lombardi: I was super excited to find these epoxy resin items at Dollar Tree! I had been holding off because it is expensive and I didnt want to buy tons of expensive stuff and then suck at it or hate it. so I snagged a few things from Dollar Tree and we are going to see what we can do with them! End goal is to be able to make a breatmilk butterfly ring. and I guess we will practice thoose butterflies by making to some cute stud earings. please keep in mind I have never done this and I am legit a newbie.....so be nice! 🤣 #CapCut #dollartree #viraldollartreefinds #dollartreeresinartfindings #dollartreeresin #resinart #resinpour #diyresinonabudget #budgetresinart
Make sure you use exact measurements of both A & B and I always mix whatever I’m using to color my resin whether it’s alcohol ink or mica powder in after I have them completely mixed together

A few things. Have isopropyl alcohol to clean resin of surfaces. Use chemical resistant glove and possible eye protection. Any resin is a skin, eye and lung irritant be safe. 1/2

Mix the 2 parts first. It may not set up if you add the mica before mixing

your video is super cool my suggestion for you would be to by a kitchen scale and use it to weigh out the resin so you for sure have equal parts, I would also suggest gloves and a respirator
