I try to do logic puzzles or learn something new, cognitive decline is actually the most painful aspect of schizophrenia I've personally been affected by but because it comes from a place of ego, I'm trying to learn that I deserve to love and be loved no matter how my brain processes the world around me, thankfully some progress has been made 💕
