@andrewtfitness: Replying to @🗡🕷 Lil Darkling 🕯🥀 weightloss takes time, and the average person gives up in about 1 month, which also shows that they were probably being WAY too strict in their diet if they could only eat that way for a month. #Fitness #health #wellness #weightloss #weightlossprogress #weightlossmotivation #weightlossjouney #losingweight #fatloss #overweight #obesity

This is what I try to drive home with my family. It’s the lifestyle change and sustainable dietary changes that make it work. It’s EASY to lose weight. Way harder to do it right and keep it off.

How important is tracking macros w/ a calorie deficit? Does it really matter or hinder weight loss if ur eating too much fat or carbs but still in a deficit?

Because I'm weight lifting and working on losing, noticing my muscles grow has helped boost confidence even though the scale is moving slowly. But 2 belt notches and 20+ lbs in about 5-6 months

Pre surgery 6 weeks ago I was 244. I’ve been consistent in my journey for 12 days and lost 11lbs. I’m up to 6miles walk/jogging a day and plan to increase to 10. I’m not stopping until I lose 80lbs

I hit a slight stall this last week but realized my menstrual cycle most likely has something to do with it. I'm still continuing on my calorie deficit though.not giving up because of a little setback

I’ve been body recomping for 2.5 years and month to month I can see virtually no difference. But now compared to January 2022?? Huge. And only 5# different. But it’s been super sustainable!

6 months of a very small calorie deficit, and 15lbs down. Last year lost 40lbs in about 6 months in a slightly larger deficit! Slow and steady! 💖 Lifestyle change not a fad diet.

Down almost 30 pounds after 14 weeks. Patience is BY FAR the hardest part. But the 14 weeks was going to pass anyway- I could end it being the same weight or down 30 🤷🏼‍♀️

Even with surgery or drugs no one is losing 100lbs in 2 months just ain't happening .. aside from being dangerous it's not sustainable.. and stalls happen weight loss isn't 📉

Menstrual cycle probably has something to do with that. They probably give up just because the scale isn’t going down due to water retention when you just have to wait a little longer
