I stare at the pack which clearly will state "paracetamol" but my brain will convince me its not paracetamol at all 😂😂 health anxiety is no joke

I can definitely relate. So glad I’m not the only one. I am like this with anything, pills, new food, new skin care, insect bites etc. Terrified of having an allergic reaction. Ruining my life 😔

Sorry for all the posts… i can’t even “tolerate” antibiotics (I’ve taken plenty in my life) anymore so my brain says “if you get an infection you’re 💀” 🥹

Yep! And the same with eating certain foods in case I have an underlying allergy it’s awful living like this! Scared to take a lemsip when I have a cold 😢

Dr just prescribed new meds to try but ofc i see it can cause liver damage (rare im sure) and nope my brain says “don’t take it youll die” i swear google and tt are toxic for ppl like us 🤯

This me all the time 🤣 it’s so hard to explain this to people or the doctors. “Why haven’t you taken the medicine?” I’m scared of it! How can I help you if you don’t take the meds? 🙈 it’s a cycle
