Please wear hand wraps and gloves when punching a heavy bag hard you will fr ruin ur knuckles

barenuckle is so useful cos it reminds u how to land with ur fist to not break ur hand or wrist. just dont go full power on a hard bag.

punching the bag also tells u where ur at, if it hurts, do push-ups with ur fists facing the ground, the only reason u wouldn’t hit the bag barehanded is bc ur wrist and hand aren’t strong enough

Hitting a bag with your bare knuckles can be ok for training accuracy but you should really stick with palm strikes if you don't have wraps on

there's no reason to not use wraps at least, you still need to make a proper fist but it'll save your wrists
