@boonieflightproject: Yesterday we loaded up the kids and took them to the fair. Just a few minutes down the road, we came across a hairless puppy on a quiet road. There are dogs everywhere here. I don't usually stop to pick them up - there is just no place for them. No adopters. No fosters. Very difficult to coordinate flights. Usually if we pick up a dot, it is for euthanasia.. but being the weekend, I couldn't euthanize this puppy as I have nowhere for his body. I picked him up anyways because I didn't want him dying alone on the streets 💔 I asked you all what I should do with him. Many of you expressed understanding about these tough decisions - which is why I love y'all so much 🥹🥹 and so many also offered to donate. If we rehab him, he will need vaccines, basic medical care, lots of antifungal shampoo, and $$ for a flight. And an adopter!!!! I am spread so very thin so will need lots of help sharing his story ❤️🙏 and finding a home. Now he's in a big bucket in my living room, wearing my kid's T-shirt.
