Girl I literally had a similar experience in Italy where this old man wanted to walk around tgt to see some sights I thought he was just being nice but then he got super close and started whispering

I was chased by an old man at a park in Tokyo, he grabbed my arm and hold my shoulders. I ran so fast and got into a building inside the park to safe myself but he waited for me outside. It’s so scary
