I was able to avail it twice. 2020 - removal of left ovary. 2021- Tahbso. Also nag file din ako ng sss sickness benefit.

I have endometriosis and naging eligible ako dito. Nagbigay yung company ko ng 3mos salary. Company na rin nag asikaso ng SSS Sickness Benefit ko. 3mos rest day kasi ako after surgery.
