@clarice.burkett: #greenscreen My engagement ring SNAPPED from @Brilliant Earth 🫠 Brilliant Earth did try putting all of the blame on me claiming “wear and tear”… I work 6 days a week, and never wear my ring to work. I only wear my rings on Wednesday’s. I have been wearing my ring from Brilliant Earth for only about 2.5 years. I do not see how these can be lifetime pieces if they break so easily after such a short amount of time. The automated response system needs an update, because not every inquiry is “an exciting time!” The customer service I received was less than helpful, and I did not appreciate the gaslighting attempt when I know for a fact my ring has been lightly worn for the last 2.5 years. Thankfully The Jewelery Connection in Winter Garden, FL was able to fix my ring, and I will be going back to them if I ever need to. #brilliantearth #brilliantearthissues #brilliantearthring #engagementrings #engagementring

My first ring was from brilliant earth and it had a defect within a few months of having it. They reset it and I didn’t love it so me and my husband went to a local jeweler and got a set that was more my style and it’s been a way better experience
