I’m a 47 year old Norwegian and have never heard anyone say this. In my part of the country we usually say «can’t complain» if anyone’s asking how we’re doing 😌

Another common answer is “still alive”, “it’s going”, or something along the lines of “my head is above the water”. We’re really positive 😝
