Getting your breathing right is one way to make sure everything stays locked in place, so here’s how to do it: 1️⃣ Inhale and brace at the top (we want as much tension and rigidity through the torso as possible) 2️⃣ Hold that brace and breath as you send the hips back and initiate the standing-up part 3️⃣ As you’re returning to the start position, exhale 🔄 Repeat!
