Crispy Chilli Beef Noodles 🍜 546 calories & 46g protein! Macros 536 calories 46gP / 10gF / 66gC Serves: 2 Ingredients ✨ 300g rump steak, sliced into strips ✨ 30g Cornflour ✨ 1 egg ✨ 1/2 yellow and red pepper, sliced ✨ 1/2 medium onion, sliced ✨ 1 egg ✨ 2x nests dried egg noodles, cooked ✨ 1 spring onion, sliced 👉 Sauce: 1 tsp tomato purée, 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce, 1 inch ginger, 1 garlic clove, 1 tbsp honey, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp tomato ketchup, squeeze of lemon juice & 100ml beef stock. Method Mix all the sauce ingredients together and set aside. Dip the sliced beef into whisked egg then the cornflour, place in an air fryer and spray with low calorie spray. Cook on 200C for 8-10 minutes or until crispy, turning half way. In the meantime fry the peppers and onions in low calorie spray for a couple of minutes then remove. 1 minute before the beef is done add the sauce you made earlier into the pan. Cook on high for 1 minute or until it starts to bubble, then add the beef strips and noodles. Coat everything well then mix in the cooked peppers and onions. Serve with sliced spring onions! ENJOY! 🙌
