I was so against drinking when all my friends would. Didn’t drink until I was just about 21. Then a traumatic thing happened… and I didn’t stop drinking for 12 years so uh lol

I knew at like young adulthood I needed therapy! I knew in high school and had therapy as a teen. Finally went when 23. It was not helpful the turnover of therapists was not helpful. But it was free
