Make sure you're not taking Vitamin C supplements. I had a kidney stone in January, and that was around when I started taking vitamin C routinely so I narrowed it down to that.

i need to get scanned and have shockwave lithotripsy done every 3-4 years because no matter how much water i drink i keep getting them. i found out macha and super green drinks help flush em out tho

I had a surgery to remove kidney stones when I was 4 yo I don't remove exactly but now I'm perfectly fine.

pro tip from someone whith chronic kidney stones DON'T DRINK WATER WHEN YOU'RE IN PAIN, it'll make it worse, wait untill your meds kick it and you're painfree then drink water with lemon juice
