I had a 2018 accord with subs you have to unplug the nose canceling module you gotta take out the glove box to access it I had the same issue when I first got mine

You gotta unplug the anc module, its mad easy right behind the glovebox. I put subs in my accord did the same thing. As for carplay get an adapter from tiktok shop for $10
