They’re so easy to make, are packed with protein, veggies & energy sustaining carbs and taste delicious! Chickpea & Tuna Pasta Salad Jars Ingredients💛 Makes 3 serves Creamy dressing ¾ cup Greek yoghurt ¼ cup mayo (I used kewpie) 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar Pinch of salt Pasta Salad 1.5 cups cooked pasta of choice 1x 400g can chickpeas, drained & rinsed 1x 425g can of tuna, drained 1 red onion, finely diced 15 cherry tomatoes, quartered 2 stalks celery, diced ¾ cup dill, finely chopped *adjust the above amounts to suit your needs and size of your meal prep jars. METHOD: Whisk dressing ingredients together and divide between jars. Then divide remaining salad ingredients evenly between the 3 jars in order shown on my reel. Place on lids and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
