to help prevent spreading bacteria. make sure you are washing your hands and under your nails before washing your face/taking off makeup as well as the rings. this could potentially help.

Please try getting some of the Hibiclens foam to wash last. I swear it kills all the bad bacteria and helps acne so much!

i super highly recommend switching the days you use retinol and ur moisturizer!!!! if you put on retinol, and then put a moisturizer over the top, it traps the retinol and it won’t work properly!!!!
