HIGH PROTEIN “SNICKERS” FROZEN SNACK . You’re going to want to try this single serve snickers-style dessert. Its missing the caramel, but the chocolate and peanut combo is just amazing. . The key for this is to let the frozen snack thaw a bit once it comes out of the freezer - so dont skip that step! You can also put a little popsicle stick in each so they are more like “pops” if you prefer. . Here is how I them: . 1. Grab a large mixing bowl. Add 2 cups of a thick plain yogurt. . 2.Add 1/3 cup of powdered peanut butter. I used powdered peanut butter here since its much lower in calories. But if calories aren’t your thing, you can use regular peanut butter, too. . 3.Add 3 tbsp of powdered monk fruit sweetener or any sweetener of choice. The key is to make sure this is powdered so you get the right consistency. . 4.If you prefer, you can add more peanuts or other fill-ins if you prefer, but I just kept it without. . 5.Grab a tray. Line with parchment paper. Add a couple spoonfuls of the yogurt mixture. You can make these however small or big you like. . 6.Top with crushed peanuts and pop into the freezer for 2 hours to set. . 7.Remove from the freezer, drizzle with 1 tbsp of drizzled melted chocolate and salt and pop back into the freezer for 20-30 minutes to set, then enjoy! .
