🤩This has been a game-changer for my garden!!! I haven’t sprayed for pests in YEARS 🙌🏼 I didn’t really start investing in companion planting heavily until a few years ago... and now I’m kicking myself for not doing it sooner! Not only do these flowers draw in pollinators and predatory insects, but they can help ward off pests like the cabbage worm as well. Plus, they are just beautiful additions to the garden. Aren’t they gorgeous!? My top 3 companion planting flowers are: 🌼Calendula 🌺Marigolds 🌸Nasturtiums One other thing that I think is helping is our mosquito trap! Not only does it catch mosquitos, but I’ve noticed quite a few cabbage moths in there, too. Double-win! However, these strategies are best implemented early on in the season and I know it’s summer now so you may already be facing a cabbage worm infestation😣. In these cases, I highly recommend trying BT (Bacillus thuringiensis)! It’s a bacterium that the cabbage worms ingest and they die within a few days. It is only effective on caterpillars, so it won’t harm ladybugs, worms, or bees! You cand find my favorite BT & my mosquito trap in my Amazon store!
