It really bothered me that DMan very clearly communicated "D-Man" and then the lady pronounced it "Da-Mahn" to make it fancy or something. THAT IRKED ME

Being on the lower end of support needs autistic I have definitely fallen into the trap of using the term mental age. but I think what really meant was environmental age

it used to make me SOOOO mad when ppl used to say that my cognitively impaired mother was "like a child"...she was still able to make certain decisions that children cant!
