@eddieabbew: As soon as you understand the hormonal effects of every food you eat, you will know that it isn’t your fault that you have obesity, type 2 diabetes, metabolic and auto-immune conditions. We have been ill-advised. You see, when you eat sugar, UPF, and high carbohydrate foods, your body wants more of that particular food. This is because your insulin and blood sugar levels both rise. It is beyond your control. Your hormones are demanding more of that food. You will need a strong willpower. The best way to lose body fat is to eat foods that don’t ask you for more of that particular food. What are they: Eggs Fatty steak Chicken with the skin on Lamb Fish Pork Mince 20% fat Avocado Olives Nuts Cheese Cruciferous vegetables. Basically, you are replacing your carbohydrates with nutritional fats (lipids), for a while. Those foods keep your insulin and blood sugar levels down. You don’t crave, you’re never hungry, you’re never tired and you’ll feel amazing. Once you’ve lost the body fat then you can start reintroducing some carbohydrates back into your diet if you wish, but sparingly. Eddie, if I would eat 1 kilo of ribeye steak, 4 avocados and 10 eggs per day which is above 3300 calories. Would I still lose fat if my norm is near 2500 calories per day?
