How do you negotiate with a dealership that says they already factored a “discount” into their asking price. Such as a 1500 “dealership discount” right on the sticker before even seeing the vehicle.

As the buyer, why wouldn’t throwing low balls on buys and high balls on trade ins be of any consequence because then it forces them to give you a real number back? No?
