so close !! i wonder if it would be easier to start on the side of ur lip that has the birthmark ?? it might be easier to get it symmetrical if your matching to the birthmark versus against it

Definitely my favorite looking one so far but I think a hair “fuller” on the sides towards the corners to get closer to the look it sounds like you’re aiming for!!!

I say try starting in the corner not the middle of the bottom lip like start out and work to the middle not middle to corner..
