Have you also looked into EDS? Ehlers danlos syndrome? I was diagnosed with UCTD and a few doctors/physical therapists have mentioned EDS but everything you talk about seems close to the same.

It took 3 yrs for me to get diagnosed with fibromyalgia, disconnected tissue disease, chronic fatigue syndrome, arthritis. The only exercise I can do without pain is yoga and light lifting like 3-5 lb

I experienced nerve pain all the time. I've also found that nerve pain can come out as itching Believe It or not intense itching. it's the strangest thing.
