@dansfoodforthought: Buffalo chicken burgers at home ft. @Tegel Take Outs AU Ingredients: Brioche Buns Tegels louisiana style chicken burgers Iceberg lettuce thinly chopped Buffalo Sauce 50g unsalted butter 60ml Hot sauce Pinch of salt ¼ tsp garlic powder ¼ tsp onion powder Ranch Sauce ¼ cup mayonnaise 2 tbsp sour cream ½ tsp chopped parsley ½ tsp chives ½ tsp dill (dried or fresh) 2 tbsp buttermilk or pickle brine Pinch of salt Method: Cook Tegels louisiana style burgers per packet instructions Place all ranch ingredients into a small bowl and stir until well combined In a pan add butter along with hot sauce and remaining ingredients and stir until butter has melted and well combined. Toast your brioche buns and set aside Once chicken has cooked, remove and put it into a mixing bowl. Pour in the buffalo sauce then toss to coat each chicken portion. To assemble spread ranch sauce on the bottom of the brioche followed by lettuce. Top with buffalo chicken. Spread more ranch onto the top half of the brioche bun then place ontop to finish. #tegeltakeouts #fakeaway AD
