I’m spinning a lot of plates and some days (ie: ✨today✨) I feel like I’m one single misstep away from everything crashing down around me. I have some incredible support from Mr. Nurse Gwenny and my mom, but sometimes the load is still heavy. I got my girls’ gymnastics time mixed up and we got to the gym late and I was feeling like a loser mom. I apologized to them once I realized we were late and they said “You’re still the best mom ever!” 🥺🥺 This is the heaviest I’ve ever been, and getting a workout in today was everything my body needed and nothing I had the strength for. But their positive outlook in the midst of our tardiness encouraged me to get my butt out to the parking lot and get a workout in (this is why I keep a kettlebell in my truck). So here it is. Get a workout in how you can, when you can, wherever you can, as often as you can.
