Bank pages auto log.. off like in 1 minute.. So there is no 1 hour window. Also if you try to wire 250k the bank will make it hard for you.. So this story is probably made up

Pay for real IT so you can implement Group Policy / Intune + conditional access and named accounts. A simple timeout policy could have prevented this.

that's why banks are required to have time out times on computers of like 10-15 minutes and extra authentication to do stuff like wires now

nowadats most cash withdraw more than 1000 usd is not normal. anytging can be done with card/bank transaction except only when amount is too small and shop dont want to
