Also try to reduce your manipulation- maybe wash your hair in braids or less times in a month. Over manipulating can bring a lot of breakage to the hair, oh and the combs as well

I only do African threading myself and I moisturize once a week and I wash my hair every 2weeks and I do tea rinses...
