To anyone struggling right now: give it time. Everything makes more sense, and gets better with time. I promise. And I KNOW that sounds silly and annoying to keep hearing but I PROMISE just have faith and give it a little bit more time. <3 When I finally had the courage to revisit these old photos and videos, it hit me hard. I had blocked so much out of my head I didnt realize how much i was hurting. If you’d asked me about my life a year ago, I couldn’t tell you much; it all felt like one endless day filled with pain that eventually turned into numbness. I’m grateful I held onto some memories from that time because now I can see how far I’ve come. For so long, I didn’t want to be here, and I didn’t recognize how much that affected my confidence and sense of self until later. Watching these videos brings back all the despair and pain, and I think I’d almost forgotten what it felt like—either because it seemed irrelevant now or too painful to face.
