That’s what I did. Worked 50 hours a week at a company and worked for myself another 20. I focused on getting landlords though. Easy money and always work to be done haha

AMEN BROTHER!!! FROM PLUMBER TO PLUMBER IM IN THE SAME BOAT. TAKE EVERY CALL, SACRIFICE FAMILY TIME😢, THERE MAYBE ARGUMENTS WITH WIFE THAT YOUR NEVER HOME BUT IF SHE IS THE ONE SHE WILL UNDERSTAND. IT WILL PAY OFF. I AGREE IN ALL YOUR ADVICE!!!
