@eddieabbew: I do prolonged fasts every so often. Fasting has healed many of the ailments that I acquired through bodybuilding. Until you understand the concept of fasting, don’t knock it as it’s healed many. The best way to fast is to make sure that you’re fat adapted. This means that your body knows how to get its energy from fats and carbohydrates at equal times. When that happens, you will find fasting a breeze because believe it or not, if you’re trying to lose body fat for instance, you’ve got endless amounts of energy (fat), stored on you. You just need to teach your body how to access it.
