@natsnourishments: Quick and east summer dessert! Not ground breaking but a slightly elevated twist on the classic! Plus it sounds super fancy. Balsamic macerated strawberries and cream! Ingredients: 400g cut strawberries 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar 2 tbsp powdered sugar 100ml double cream 1 tsp powdered sugar Fresh basil or mint to garnish Method: Cut the strawberries and cover with powdered sugar and vinegar, mix well and leave to stand for 20 minutes to get juicy. Whip the cream with the sugar so that it only just leaves a trail. Spoon it onto a plate or in a bowl and top with the strawberries and their juices.
