Answer: If you want people to do something, you have to make it easy to do. It’s tiring having a resume then having to type an essay out again and go out to another app to get a link.

When I apply to jobs, like retail, customer service, desk job etc. if they ask for a “description on why ur a good fit” I never bother, it’s too time consuming when they most likely won’t read it—

That’s why you do interviews. Based on their resume, you pull them in. They can show you their work and explain why they would be a good fit.
