This is absolutely spot on, especially on migrant assimilation. Reform are too extreme, yet other parties barely want to address immigration at all. Trickiest election to vote in within my lifetime!

The biggest factor is an ageing population. You need large levels of migration because the birth-rate is too low. It’s that or you slash pensions to virtually zero.

The brain drain is a direct result of wages been keep down by importing cheap foreign labour... example NHS.. British doctors moved abroad or went to private because they were paid more.
