You should only garnish plates with things that are relevant to the plate. Tomato slice and cucumber slice, doesn’t work as a garnish

Caesar doesn’t need that garnish.. parm crisps are easy to make and look good on a Caesar, while also keeping it classic.

I’m not saying this is the case, but I’ve seen it a lot in hospitality where a new person gets hired into a role of authority and makes a bunch of unnecessary changes to “show they’re doing something”

Just one little tip, from chef also, when u add croutons add them on top of everything, so they stay crispy, because if u put everything together they are too soggy. And maybe instead of tomato u can

The simple Caesar is all there. Grilled or blackened chicken is chef’s kiss. I like to make giant bread crumbs instead of croutons.
