That’s a great idea! Because you’re the one who’s talking care of the plant.. and by the time your fruit is ready to go your neighbors or even completely random strangers just come and snag them.

I ended up having to put netting around my strawberry and blueberry bushes. Pretty sure it was a squirrel that stole my first red strawberry of the season 😢
