As a child who’s dad had this mindset, i respect this so much, but as an adult I don’t even know my dad. And he doesn’t know me. Please don’t miss out on knowing your children. They’ll understand

My best memories with my dad were weekend soccer tournaments. He never missed one. 5am on Saturday morning until 9pm Saturday night. It was the time I got to spend with him that mattered the most.
