It could be migraine related or Cervicogenic. My ear would get hot when I started getting Cervicogenic headaches.

Same. I don’t have any diagnosis for you but I also have rosacea. If I don’t get the red ears under control, I’ll have a rosacea flare up. I use roll on biofreeze; it helps soothe.

Me and my grandma were both allergic to soy and our ears will get red and hot and burn if we eat anything that contains soy! Idk why

This has happened to me when I drink. Blood sugar maybe? Does your breath smell like alcohol, ketoacidosis? Could you be diabetic and not know it? Or know it?
