They offer really great food and wine, making it the perfect spot for an occasion, though it’s slightly pricey for some items. I’d recommend booking in advance to avoid long queues.
 🥧 If you’re looking for a hearty meal, head to The Scran & Scallie, which serves traditional Scottish grub that is SO delicious.
 🥐 The Lannan bakery needs to be on all of your lists. It's a stunning bakery serving a selection of sweet and savoury bakes. Get there early as the queues can be very long.
 🥪 Sandwich lovers out there, head to Alby’s for genuinely one of the best sandwiches I’ve eaten. The Sweet and Sour chicken was epic, but messy! Take yours to the Meadows nearby for a picnic if the Scottish weather permits.
 ☕️ Sometimes you just NEED a cuppa. Gleneagles Townhouse serves up a brilliant brew for £4 a pot, which I think is pretty reasonable. Plus, take in the stunning interiors. 🍳 There are SO many brunch spots in Edinburgh. If you’re heading to Leith, visit Toast for harbour views and tattie scones.
