It’s 100% Quincy your symptoms are the exact same as mine when I get it.. I’m on a drip in A&E for 12 plus hours.. it’s the worst pain so I feel you! 😫 X

If you can get to boots buy their anaesthetic throat spray 2%lidocaine spray it won’t cure it but will help with pain .Contact PALS about that A&E doc
