Guys the speed limit is 110 km/h it shows in the beginning of the video. The dashcam car is going 105 km/h he is not at fault you can see him overtaking other cars on the right

For everyone saying the dashcam car is blocking traffic, some parts of French motorways are limited to 90/100/110 kph so 105 is not outrageously slow for the fast lane!
