@leannewardnutrition: ✨Welcome to my new series, 10 days of wholesome snacks✨ Day 9: Curried egg lettuce boats 🥚🥬 These are such a wholesome snack loaded with protein & a great way to get extra veggies in to compliment your health goals 🤌🏼✨ Ingredients: 2 boiled eggs (cooled and peeled) 1/4 tsp curry powder 1 heaped tbsp plain greek yoghurt Lettuce boats to serve Dried dill & sesame seeds to serve Method: 1. Mash the boiled eggs together with the curry powder & yogurt. 2.
