How in 2024 do Americans not realise… you need to get the LAW changed to force businesses to pay a living wage. Like the rest of developed countries do. It’s not the customers duty to pay you a tip.

Gratuity should be included for certain orders. If over a particular dollar amt or weight lmt. These shopper/drivers work hard. I'm disgusted with people that don't tip in situations like this.

I don’t think this is real but however, even though you don’t have to tip it’s pretty shitty that you don’t!! The employer are assholes for sure! I always tip but you can’t confront someone who doesn’t. lol. Certain places I agree, tipping is ridiculous but for that I would have.

You have the opportunity not to take deliveries based on The fee you're being paid. They do not have to tip. A tip is a bonus people. It is not part of your pay. And yes I am a driver
