Very few people even use their indicators. Drives me nuts , some can’t even stick to their lane on a roundabout

I’m a bus driver. I sometimes find drivers indicate too early to leave the roundabout. Then as I go to pull out, they carry on round, and get uptight with me because I thought they were coming off.

I was always taught that if you are going straight on, however, if there is a car signalling left in front you would go in the right hand lane to go straight on.

absolutely correct, you didn't cover , when you need to go around the roundabout back to opposite road , ..enter right lane indicating right,on inside until you get to your exit then indicate left
