@thebikinireport: A.I. is still the way of the future, but McDonald’s ISN’T loving it! The fast-food giant is pulling the plug on its A.I.-powered drive-through experiment, after a two-year run at over a hundred locations. Though the company has said it’ll likely integrate A.I. back into its drive-throughs at some point, this trial run produced some pretty memorable mistakes. Besides the many arguments ppl had with the AI, tons of orders were screwed up, like one customer who got NINE unordered sweet teas, rather then hash brown, and someone else who got an ice cream cone topped with bacon! To make matters worse for Micky Dees, many of these errors ended up on social media! As for what’s next for McDonald’s and it's AI ordering system, they said they'll be making a decision on its future by year end. So what do you think?
