Not really a fair comparison here... 😅 Idk anyone who just pushes the bobby pin in and out. Usually circle or up and down, like scooping out. Any tool could hurt your eardrum if you shove it in 😅

Bobby Pins work for me, I do a different positioning though. I've gotten a lot of compliments from doctors my whole for how clean my ears are.
