I work in MRI and get them yearly too. If you don’t do the cage it does take longer but I don’t blame you. I have to get lorazepam for mine and I work with the machines DAILY LOL

Ativan doesn’t work for you? My grandmother has a hard time as well but that sedative works for her because the other ones didn’t work for her
