I always make sure I’m available for our carriers for questions and issues anytime of day and night. I don’t dispatch loads on weekends.. they’re respectful for the most part

When I was a broker, I was working 12 hour days everyday including weekends because our after hours team sucked. It was embarrassing hearing how bad the overseas team was.
