@aspectzavi_: For the past year I’ve been very sick battling illness, & I almost lost my life to sickness , I spent almost every day of my life in the hospital or a clinic begging god to save my life and to turn things around for me , alot of people say I fell off , not knowing my circumstances , but during these moments, I had no-one, not a face in sight, & the bleachers went empty and the crowd stopped cheering, all I wanted was to see my daughters face & to feel loved in these moments but I never got that chance because her mom purposely kept her away from me , I dm’d her everyday , called , & texted while i was in the hospital until she got sick of coming up with excuses & blocked me , I was super alone in the hospital… so I began to write songs to express myself & I came up with my project “BUILT TO LAST” & “Holy Spirit” in my hospital bed for my new project because I knew god would bring me through what i was going thru .. I wrote this song asking god to save me so that people could learn from my experience, so when people say I fell off, or question me for not doing the things I used to BE ABLE TO do I dont think its funny.. not even a little because I almost lost my life trying so hard to please my fans but I dont expect everyone to understand, imagine if I lost my life and my daughter had to grow up without me, God saved my life for a reason and I’m thankful for my adversity because it made me stronger & I will keep fighting, but this is why I’ve been missing the past 3 years, from this experience I can confirm that I am built to last.
