In Germany it’s normal to disinfect your gym equipment. We literally have dispensers and tissues on every corner

At my school gym. They encourage us to wipe down machines before and after ! All gyms should encourage this as a policy

lol this is why in australia the gyms encourage you to use workout towels & theres wipes/disinfectant spray everywhere for u to wipe before/after u use the machine

we had a disinfectant and paper towels at our gym to clean surfaces before/after using them. We also had to bring small towels to sit on, and not sit directly on the equipment.
